Covid-19 Information

Information for Corona Virus 6/2020

Villa Kalomira is adjusting its operation taking into account the new security measures and health protocols in accordance with the instructions of the World Health Organization and the NPHO. The measures of our accommodation include the regular (every ten days) disinfection of all areas of the accommodation with a special disinfectant for covid-19.

Check-in | check-out:

The check-out will take place at 11:30, while the check-in will be transferred at 15:30 for thorough cleaning of the rooms.

Disinfection team:

For everyone’s safety, we have adopted an in-depth cleaning procedure and a meticulous disinfection program for all our rooms and common areas. In addition, we have made sure that every member of our accommodation has personal protective equipment.

Accommodation:

We reduced overcrowding and congestion in the reception by checking in open spaces. Disinfectants are available in all public areas. Visitors outside the hotel rental are only allowed upon request and contact with the reception.

Children policy

All children are welcome.
0-2 years old stay free of charge. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
3-18 years old are charged 25€ per day for all room types.

Payment policy

A credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.
The deposit of the amount of the 1st night is required upon your reservation.

Cancellation policy

This is a last-minute booking. Last-minute bookings cannot be modified or canceled without penalty. If you like to modify or cancel this booking please check our Cancellation Penalty Policy below and contact our reservation department.

If canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival no fees apply. For cancellations later, 100% of the total amount will be charged and you can use it another time in the year.
